Noble Park’s Ross Reserve will be a hive of activity when Greater Dandenong holds a family fun sports day to help celebrate the Noble Park Aquatic Centre’s first birthday.
The free event will feature a variety of activities for the whole family. Children can enjoy rock climbing, a bouncing castle and a wide range of sports and games.
There will be an opportunity to relax by checking out the food and market stalls and live entertainment. There will also be dance demonstrations.
Local community groups and sporting clubs will be there to share information and to provide more entertainment with interactive displays.
For the health conscious or the green thumbs, free tips about how to grow a vegetable patch will be available at the community garden.
The pool will be open to the public with free entry from 1-5pm, with a free movie screening of the family favourite Finding Nemo.
The family fun sports day at Ross Reserve, Memorial Drive, Noble Park, is on this Sunday from noon-3pm. Free entry to the Noble Park Aquatic Centre from 1-5pm.
