Magistrates Court power outage chaos

A power outage disrupted retailers, traffic lights and the Magistrates Court in Dandenong last Thursday morning. The court reported its phones and faxes were down during the 90-minute outage, and traffic signals were not working in central Dandenong. A Dandenong Plaza spokeswoman said a back-up power supply allowed most traders to resume trading.
