Six to face court over Springvale and Mulgrave armed robberies 

SIX people have been arrested by police over three armed robberies in Springvale and Mulgrave this month.

Greater Dandenong Embona Robbery Taskforce detectives arrested the six people, who were remanded in custody yesterday to appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court today.

The alleged robberies occurred at a service station and milk bar in Springvale and a milk bar in Mulgrave between April 5-8.

A 25-year-old Springvale South man and 21-year-old Cranbourne West woman were each charged with two counts of armed robbery.

An 18-year-old Hampton Park man, a 19-year-old Springvale South man and a 28-year-old Ferntree Gully man were each charged with one count of armed robbery.

A 16-year-old Hampton Park boy was charged with one count of armed robbery and remanded to a children’s court.
