POLICE uncovered a firearm, ammunition and drugs during a routine intercept in Noble Park this month.
They stopped a black Yamaha motorcycle on the corner of Heatherton Road and Douglas Street about 12.40am on 8 January, and discovered the illegal items during the search of the male rider and female passenger.
Police allege the motorcycle was also displaying false number plates.
They impounded the motorcycle under hoon legislation and arrested a 28-year-old Noble Park man and a Pakenham woman, 24, at the scene.
