Teen arrested over armed robbery

POLICE have arrested a boy in Keysborough over an alleged armed robbery earlier this month.
Frankston CIU detectives arrested the 17-year-old at a home on Tuesday 24 November.
It’s alleged he was involved in stealing a BMW during an aggravated burglary in Doncaster between 3 and 4 November.
Police allege the car was then used during an armed robbery in which thieves stole a Ford XR6 in Bartlett Street about 2.40am on 6 November.
The car was three days later involved in a collision in Mordialloc that killed a 47-year-old Carrum Downs woman, police said.
They previously charged an 18-year-old man in relation to the armed robbery and a 15-year-old boy over the fatal collision.
The 17-year-old was remanded to appear in a children’s court at a later date.
