Online new jobs survey

DIFFERENT businesses use different tactics to fill a vacant job at their workplace.
Monash University is calling on local Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME) to take part in an online survey that investigates the recruitment and selection practices of businesses in the South East.
The project will explore the steps taken by SME recruiters when looking for a person to fill a vacant job.
The results of the survey will enable a framework to be developed to assist SMEs in undertaking recruitment and selection activities.
