Do you have the vision?

If any residents have a vision for Greater Dandenong then the council wants to hear all about it.
Residents, employees and businesses can contribute to a new Council Plan and Community Wellbeing Plan until Friday 20 January next year.
The documents will set the city’s strategic direction for 2017 to 2021.
Greater Dandenong Mayor Jim Memeti said the council couldn’t create a vision on its own.
“It is important when setting the strategic direction for the council we understand the future we collectively desire,” he said.
“While the council may not have ultimate control over every idea presented by the community, having this information is vital when planning for the council’s long-term future.”
People with a vision are asked to email theteam@oursay.org, call 9020 4503, or visit www.greaterdandenong.com/plan2017 to post online or register for face-to-face forums planned for February.
