The Narre Warren resident completed Year 12 last year at Eumemmerring Senior College before securing an apprenticeship with Marand Precision as a result of an Australian Industry Group Training advertisement.
In the short period of time Navinesh has been at Marand, he has worked in a variety of areas including maintenance, light and heavy machining.
Navinesh hopes to complete his apprenticeship before undertaking further study, finishing an Engineering Degree and begin work along side his father, who is a mechanical engineer.
