Armed men swarm on home

Three men armed with a meat cleaver and a gun have tried to force their way into a Noble Park home, according to police.

The masked men parked a white Toyota Hiace van in the house’s driveway at Bloomfield Road about 3.20am on Sunday, 26 August.

At the front door, the trio yelled for the male occupant to come out of the house and unsuccessfully tried to force the door open.

The offenders, who were described as Asian appearance, fled in the van from the house.

Greater Dandenong CIU detectives have released images of three men who may be able to assist their investigation.

Any information on the men’s identities to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or crimestoppersvic.com.au.
