BARRY Plant has opened its 80th office in Keysborough.
Directors Tim Stickley and Cameron Davison said the new office would extend the services of the Noble Park office, which has been selling property in Keysborough for 20 years.
“We have been selling property in the Keysborough area for the past 20 years, so we are extremely familiar with the suburb,” Mr Stickley said.
Mr Stickley said the suburb was predicted to double in size due to new housing estates and excellent local and school facilities.
Mr Stickley and Mr Davison currently own the Noble Park residential and project sales division and Noble Park rental division.
Barry Plant group director and CEO Mike McCarthy said the growth in the area had made the office a natural choice.
“The opening of a second office will enable their team to deliver better service to their core markets of Keysborough and Noble Park,” Mr McCarthy said.
