SEXYLAND will expand its Keysborough premises after the City of Greater Dandenong approved its application to take over an adjoining building at the Cheltenham Road site.
Only an internal wall separates the two buildings.
The expansion comes in response to demand.
A City of Greater Dandenong report indicated that the growth of the existing site was a better option than opening smaller outlets throughout the municipality.
There were no objections to the application.
The report stated the site was beyond the required 200m threshold from residential areas, and “appeared to be a vibrant and well managed business”.
