Farm food hatched

KEYSBOROUGH Egg Farm is much more than just a place to buy eggs.
According to owner David Scaunich and manager Paul Stevenson they sell quality farm fresh eggs, chicken, beef, lamb, pork and other produce direct to the public.
“The quality farm fresh produce is prepared in store by a dedicated team of butchers and staff,” David said.
“Our best features are that things are freshly prepared daily, we offer in-store personal service and we have the ability to offer personal service from the smallest customers to the largest wholesale order.”
They also have on-site parking, making it a quick, enjoyable shopping experience.
They also stock sauces, marinades, dressings and seasonings as well as deli goods, spit roast hire and hot roast chicken.
The farm is owner operated and quality focussed – this is not a franchise or chain.
“Prices are more competitive than supermarkets, weekly specials are posted on our website and Facebook as well as on the specials sign outside the store,” he said.
“We are a family owned and operated business that offers a unique experience of personal service and unsurpassed quality.
“We have our weekly specials, we do tastings on most Saturdays and sausage sizzles with 100 per cent of donations going to the local Keysborough CFA and other local charities.
“Our customers are our focus and we are passionate about serving them the freshest quality products.
“We regularly have customers travel across town because the quality of our products beats all others.”
Keysborough Egg Farm began operation more than 40 years ago and since then it has been evolving its range of products and services and will continue to do so with the help of its loyal and dedicated staff – some of whom have been with the farm for more than 25 years.
The farm can be found at 2-8 Pacific Drive, Keysborough, and is open Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 7am to 1pm.
