SPRINGVALE Railway Station became a bustling street market last Thursday.
The temporary retail space featured the tastes, sounds and smells of Vietnamese, Cambodian and Chinese cuisine.
Pop Up Springvale was part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and was a City of Greater Dandenong and Metro joint project.
It was designed to transport visitors to Hanoi and Siem Reap’s food market precincts and entertainers and music added to the atmosphere.
