A COUNCIL bin was set on fire outside an elderly woman’s house in Dandenong last month.
The woman spotted the flames from her front window just after midnight on 20 April.
The CFA attended the scene to extinguish the fire which destroyed the bin.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
