Joel Anthony of Noble Park is wanted over thefts and deceptions.

POLICE are seeking to arrest a Noble Park man who is wanted over thefts and deceptions.
Joel Anthony, 27, is known to frequent Melbourne CBD, Glen Waverley and Noble Park, according to a police statement issued this morning.
He is described as being of “Indian sub-continental” appearance, of solid build, 175 centimetres tall and with short black hair.
