POLICE have arrested and charged a 15-year-old Keysborough boy after more than 20 parked cars in Cheltenham sustained damage on Monday.
They allege the vandalism spree occurred in several streets between 4am and 5am, and yesterday charged a Keysborough boy with motor vehicle theft and 28 counts of criminal damage.
He will appear at a children’s court at a later date.
