Naval commemoration of Anzac Centenary

THE Naval Association of Australia’s Dandenong branch has commemorated the Anzac Centenary.
Victorian RSL Major General David McLachlan (ret) was the guest speaker at the service at Noble Park RSL on Sunday 4 October.
A wreath-laying ceremony featured in the commemoration of 100 years since Australian troops landed at Gallipoli during World War I.
Naval Association of Australia (NAA) National President Lieutenant Russell Pettis (ret) and Royal Australian Navy Naval Officer in Charge Captain Stephen Bowater attended alongside a Royal Australian Navy catafalque party and bugler, naval cadets and more.
