POLICE have issued a warrant for Michael Hambrick who is often seen in Dandenong and Pakenham.
Hambrick, 41, is believed to be driving a red Nissan Pathfinder and is wanted over threat related offences.
He is described as 170cm tall, with a slim build, brown hair, hazel eyes and has an American accent.
Investigators have released an image of Hambrick in an attempt to locate him.
