Kids stretched their imaginations during the school holidays and walked away with colourful creations.
Dandenong’s Walker Street Gallery and Arts Centre hosted a paper dyeing workshop on Thursday 7 July.
The event was part of Greater Dandenong Council’s winter school holiday program and was designed for children aged 5 to 12 years.
They made their own dyed paper leaves, butterflies, flowers and more using markers and sharpie pens.
They took them home to stick on a window and let the sun shine through to create a rainbow art work.
Just a dab of imagination
