Dandenong man Emmanuel Achin is missing.
Police are appealing for public help find the 22-year-old, who suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.
He was last seen leaving an address on Potter Street, Dandenong, between 8pm and 9pm on Tuesday 30 August.
Police urged anyone who saw Emmanuel to call Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
