A truck crashed into an ambulance that was attending a Dandenong North accident scene.
Paramedics were called to the Monash Freeway off-ramp at EastLink about 5.40am on Monday 8 May.
A truck hit the ambulance a short time later.
A man from the original accident, a man from the truck and a man who had stopped to help were all taken to Dandenong Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.
The paramedics were not injured. The ambulance was towed from the scene.
Police are investigating.
