Boeing’s big plans breakfast

A Springvale breakfast will wrap up 2017 with a celebration of Australian manufacturing.
The SEBN Christmas Industry Breakfast on Thursday 14 December will also feature two guest speakers.
Boeing Aerostructures Australia managing director Mike Bunker will speak about the company’s growth outlook for commercial aerospace, including opportunities for Victorian businesses.
He’ll also share Boeing’s plans for continued manufacturing in Melbourne and take a glimpse at the new technologies The Boeing Company is developing and implementing.
Designer Futures managing director Anita Sykes-Kelleher is an experienced strategist and futurist on emerging issues and global challenges.
She’s worked on major projects for CSIRO including the Future of Australian Manufacturing and world water scenarios for United Nations.
She’ll share her experiences on the reinvention of growth and the ‘future-fit’ leadership skills necessary for today’s volatile and uncertain environment.
Sandown Racecourse will host the event, which will kick off at 7am.
