Police allegedly caught a 27-year-old woman driving more than four times over the blood alcohol limit in Noble Park.
Operational Response Unit officers reported seeing a Nissan station wagon veering in and out of a lane on the Princes Freeway just after 1am on Friday 25 May.
They intercepted the vehicle and allege the woman driving returned a positive preliminary breath test.
Police took her to a police station where she allegedly returned a blood alcohol concentration of 0.221 per cent.
They impounded Narre Warren North woman’s car for 30 days and immediately suspended her licence for 12 months.
