Man charged over alleged armed assault

A man has been charged over an alleged firing of a gun and assault at a Dandenong business on 4 September.

The 35-year-old Dandenong man allegedly fired a gun shot into the wall and assaulted a man at the Paul Court premises just before 12.30am.

He was charged by Greater Dandenong CIU detectives.

The charges include two counts of reckless conduct endangering life, reckless conduct endangering serious injury, assault with a weapon, possessing a firearm and other assault-related offences.

The man was remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 5 September.
