A Casey Council candidate has been charged with trespass and resisting arrest in the council chambers. Paul Richardson has been charged on summons to appear in the Dandenong Magistrates Court on January 24, on charges relating to a chaotic council meeting on April 3 when police marched him from the council chamber in handcuffs.
