Dandenong Thunder scored a second-straight home win beating highly rated South Melbourne 3-0 at George Andrews Reserve on Saturday. A Shaun Kelly own goal and second-half strikes from English import Luke Hopper and Canadian star Nate Foster saw the Thunder take another valuable win. The Thunder are in seventh place on the Victorian Premier League ladder as the league enters a bye weekend. The Thunder’s next game is against Hume City at George Andrews Reserve on May 11 at 3pm. The match is again expected to be a closed-door match.
