Shop owners will be given tips on how to manage staff at a Dandenong Retail Traders Association meeting next week.
Deborah Peppard of HR Staff n’Stuff will provide advice for employers on how to combat staff taking regular smoke breaks, staff inductions and how to motivate workers.
The meeting is at The Ramada Encore Hotel, 50 McCrae Street, Dandenong, on September 4 from 6pm.
