Charges follow home drugs raid

POLICE have charged six people and seized drugs and cash following a raid on a Noble Park home.
They executed a search warrant in Cumberland Avenue on 16 April and found 30 grams of cannabis, 15 grams of methylamphetamine, also known as ice, and 30 MDMA capsules, known as ecstasy.
Officers also seized illicit prescription medication, stolen credit cards, cash and paraphernalia used in trafficking and taking illicit drugs.
Charges ranged from trafficking a drug of dependence to handling stolen goods and obtaining property by deception.
Two Noble Park women, aged 37 and 19, two men from Noble Park, aged 17 and 41, and a 26-year-old Springvale man were bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
A 23-year-old Springvale man received a drug diversion order.
