Crash driver on the run

Casey Highway Patrol members are appealing for public help following a two car crash in Dandenong that landed a woman and child in hospital.
It’s believed a white Holden Commodore bearing stolen number plates crashed into a silver Toyota sedan at Stud Road and Oswald Street, about 8.10pm on Sunday 28 August.
The Holden continued about 100 metres north then stopped at Axel Road and Stud Road, where several people got out and fled on foot.
It’s not known how many people were in the car at the time of the crash, and they remain on the loose.
The woman who was driving the Toyota suffered injuries and was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
There were three children in the car at the time of the crash. One suffered injuries and was taken to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Police urged anyone with information about the crash to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
