Taser used in pharmacy theft

By Casey Neill

A thief armed with a taser threatened staff and stole drugs from a Noble Park pharmacy.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Bree Jarvis said the man entered the Harrisfield Pharmacy, on the Princes Highway, about 10.25am on Tuesday 30 August.
He produced a taser and demanded drugs from the woman behind the counter.
Det Sen Const Jarvis said he then went behind the counter, selected a quantity of drugs and left the store on foot.
He was about 168cm tall, appeared to have a hunched back, wore a fluoro jacket, gloves and dark beanie, was clean-shaven and had blonde hair.
