Charges after shots fired at police

A Keysborough woman will answer attempted murder charges after allegedly shooting at police.
Armed Crime Squad detectives charged a man and a woman after shots were in Keysborough.
Police were executing a search warrant at an Ascot Place home just before 6.30am on Wednesday 26 October when an occupant allegedly fired a number of shots at them.
No one was injured in the incident and police arrested a man and woman, both from Keysborough, at the scene.
They charged a 33-year-old woman with attempted murder, reckless conduct endangering life, assaulting police, using a firearm to resist arrest and other related offences.
She was remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 27 October.
Police charged a 39-year-old man with trafficking and possessing a drug of dependence and possessing ammunition.
He was remanded in custody to appear at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 27 October.
