RIZAN Mawzoon has been selected to represent the Victorian Sub-District Cricket Association (VSDCA) in an interleague clash on 8 December.
VSDCA Chairman of Selectors Paul Bain announced Noble Park all-rounder Mawzoon was among a team of 12 to take on the Victorian Country Cricket League (VCCL) at Werribee Cricket Club’s Chirnside Park Reserve on Sunday.
Mawzoon’s call up is on the back of 19 early season wickets at a miserly 8.84 in his five matches to lead the league’s East/West First XI competition.
The match will start at 10.30am.
