Jaxon a game changer

ALTHOUGH she’s off the basketball court this WNBL season, 2013-14 will remain memorable for Dandenong Rangers guard Kathleen Macleod for another, more life-changing, reason.
Rangers and Opals star Macleod, 27, gave birth to her first son Jaxon on 7 February.
While Dandenong Rangers coach Mark Wright lost his star point guard Macleod for the season, he was thrilled to gain a grandson this week as his son Marcus is Macleod’s partner.
With a basketball pedigree of that calibre, it may not be long before Jaxon gets his first sporting mention in this newspaper.
