Man finds double trouble

A DANDENONG man claims to have been robbed after allegedly picking up a prostitute.
Police said he approached the woman in Thomas Street, Dandenong, about 2.15am on 24 April, agreed to a $50 fee and drove her to a nearby address.
The victim told police that two men knocked on the front door shortly after the couple went inside, and when the woman answered they demanded his wallet and threatened him with a knife.
The men allegedly took $100 cash and returned the wallet to him.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, but will also question the victim in relation to solicitation offences.
