Missing man’s van found

HOMICIDE Squad Missing Person Unit detectives have taken over the investigation into the disappearance of Melbourne man Shiva Chauhan.
They are concerned for the 27-year-old’s welfare and are treating his disappearance as suspicious.

A MISSING delivery man’s has been found in Keysborough.
Shiva Chauhan began his delivery route on Thursday night and was last heard from via text message about 11.30pm.
Concerns were raised Friday morning when it was discovered he hadn’t made his deliveries and he’d failed to turn up to a meeting on Friday afternoon.
Mr Chauhan’s delivery van was found on Hutton Road, Keysborough, about 3pm Friday. The van was locked and contained his personal belongings including his wallet and identification.
Police conducted a search of the area, and are appealing for public help to find the 27-year-old Melbourne man.
He’s described as Indian and about 177 centimetres tall with a slim build and dark-coloured straight hair.
