A MAN has been charged following an armed robbery at a Noble Park milk bar last month in which a shop attendant was stabbed several times.
The 31-year-old Springvale man spent the night under police guard after detectives from the Dandenong Embona Taskforce found him at a medical facility on Tuesday 5 April.
The arrest comes after the incident at the Buckley Street milk bar on Saturday 26 March.
The man was interviewed by police and charged with armed robbery, intentionally causing serious injury, recklessly causing serious injury, and assault.
He faced an out of sessions court hearing on Tuesday night and has been remanded in custody to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 6 April.
