Man sets his caravan on fire

A man set his own home alight in a Springvale caravan park, police say.
Emergency services were called to the Princes Highway address about 7pm on Monday 18 July.
CFA crews extinguished the fire, which caused moderate damage to the caravan.
Police arrested the 45-year-old occupant at the scene and said he was expected to be charged at a later date in relation to criminal damage by fire.
