Stanislav Jelen is wanted over a burglary in Dandenong in January last year.
There’s an outstanding warrant issued by the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court for the 69-year-old’s arrest.
He’s known to frequent the Dandenong and Melbourne CBD areas.
Mr Jelen is about 170 centimetres tall with a medium build, brown eyes, short grey hair and a fair complexion.
