Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 30-year-old man last seen in Dandenong North.
Michael Smith is described as 172 centimetres, medium build, brown hair with the word ‘Loyalty’ tattooed above his right eyebrow.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, black Nike shoes and a silver-coloured beanie.
Mr Smith usually frequents the CBD, North Richmond and Collingwood, police say.
