Drug trafficking charge laid

A SPRINGVALE man has been charged with drug trafficking after police alleged they found ice and heroin in his car.

Springvale police pulled over the 26-year-old driver after they noticed the car being driven erratically on View Road just before 8 last night.

Police said they found a metal tin containing ice and heroin in the car.

The man was charged with trafficking, resisting arrest and warrants of apprehension.

He will face Dandenong Magistrates Court tomorrow.
