Footy for all: Casey’s all-abilities team is recruiting for 2013. Weekly training is at Casey Fields but is not compulsory. An open day will be held from 11.30am-1pm this Sunday. Zumba: Learn the fitness program that involves dance and aerobics. Fairy magic: Does your child love to dress up as a funky fairy? If so, come and have fun dancing, playing, listening and meeting other fairies at the Jan Wilson Community Centre, Noble Park North. Life learning: Dandenong University of the Third Age offers low-cost learning for retirees. Classes include computers, history, languages, painting, drawing, dancing, tai chi, walking groups and more. Annual fee is $40. Details: 9546 2997.

Take a seat: Expressions of interest sought for a new chair yoga and life management class at the Jan Wilson Community Centre, Noble Park North. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, improving flexibility, mental clarity and anxiety.
