Looking for Vincent

POLICE are appealing for help to find 16-year-old Vincent Nguyen.
He was last seen at his home on Orana Way, Springvale, on Sunday 1 May.
Vincent is described as 173 centimetres tall with black hair. He wears glasses and took a black Adidas backpack with him.
He made a withdrawal from his bank account at a Dandenong ATM on Sunday night.
Police urged anyone who saw Vincent to call Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
