Noble Park Aquatic Centre’s indoor pool is again welcoming swimmers.
The pool officially reopened to the public on Thursday 9 November following repairs to tiling problems.
Greater Dandenong Council and operator YMCA have been working with the contractor to address the problem on the indoor heated pools and the outdoor 50-metre pool since June.
Works on the outdoor pool are well underway and it’s expected to reopen before Christmas.
Members have been able to access Dandenong Oasis at no extra cost or to suspend their membership during the repair works.
NPAC was formerly the Noble Park Swim Centre and reopened in February 2012 following a $21 million redevelopment.
