Police charged a 28-year-old man over an alleged burglary spree that started at a Springvale servo.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Sergeant Craig West said the man entered the Caltex petrol station on Springvale Road about 12.48am on Wednesday 28 March.
He said he demanded money and threatened to use a weapon, took cash and escaped on foot.
Sgt West said the man then attended a BP service station in Clayton South but left empty handed.
He said CCTV footage then captured the man allegedly robbing a 7-Eleven on Clayton Road, Oakleigh East.
Police charged the man with armed robbery. He was remanded to appear in court at a later date.
