Robot camp in deepest Amazon

Dozens of students have taken a school holiday ‘camp’ on computer science in Dandenong on 2 October.

The Camp Amazon session was part of a two-year program hosted by Amazon Australia for 100 primary school students in Melbourne and Sydney.

The students learned coding and robotics using EV3 Lego robots with the help of experts from FIRST Robotics at Macquarie University.

Camp Amazon workshops on a range of STEM activities are being held after school and during school holidays.
