Urban Calligraphy Performance
Dandenong will join Berlin, Beirut and Karachi in hosting this performance that aims to give local artists and community members the chance to use the Harmony Square urban screen as a canvas for expression.
This free performance will feature Hamza Abu Ayyash.

Short Cuts Film Festival
The film program which will make audiences laugh, cry and think with movies from across the world.

Meditation retreat day

Comic workshop
Participants can illustrate their ideas and see them come to life in this introductory session for aspiring comic artists.
Marc Pearson will show how to plot each page, and how to convey meaning with a combination of writing and drawing.

The Dandy Slam
Spoken word artists and poets will perform their work, from the humorous to the heartfelt and the poetic to the playful.

One World Festival
This event will bring together men, women and youths to compete in basketball and soccer tournaments to celebrate Refugee Week.
The free event will also feature a badminton clinic, tae kwon do, dance demonstrations, live entertainment, free activities and food.
