The latest Circus Oz show made its world debut in Dandenong.
Model Citizens hit the Drum Theatre stage on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 March.
The action unfolds in a model kit world that challenges perspective, scale and normality.
Oversized everyday objects become circus equipment for the all-human circus troupe, from a six-metre safety pin to a giant vertical clothes peg and an oversized cotton reel.
Performers explore what it means to be a model citizen in today’s model kit society.
The tour will travel through Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales over the next three months before big top shows at Melbourne’s Birrarung Marr from 20 June to 16 July.
