CCTV fuels arson hunt

 Police are appealing for information about a car torched in Springvale.
Greater Dandenong CIU detectives released CCTV images of two men they believe could assist with their inquiries.
They believe two men stole the 1993 Nissan Skyline from outside an apartment building on Lats Avenue in Carrum Downs on Monday 26 February.
The car was found burnt-out two days later in Springvale.
The first man in the CCTV images is described as Caucasian, clean shaven and aged between 20 and 30 years old with a medium build, brown hair, a black baseball hat, black T-shirt, beige shorts, black backpack and black runners.
The second is Caucasian and aged between 25 and 35 years old with a medium build, dark moustache, and a long sleeve tattoo on his right arm.
He was wearing a black T-shirt, grey or blue baseball cap and white and black runners.
