Major delays in Springvale

The traffic lights are out at Springvale’s Spaghetti Junction.
VicRoads is advising motorists to avoid the Princes Highway, Springvale Road, Police Road, Centre Road intersection.
A spokesman said police were not yet on-scene to manage traffic.
He warned drivers to prepare for delays and to remember to give way to their right.
He said VicRoads technicians were on their way.
The Journal understands that CFA crews and paramedics are on-scene attending to at least one crash.
