The iconic Red Rattler electric train was back on the Pakenham to Dandenong run on Saturday 23 April.
As a one-off, Steamrail Victoria offered down nostalgia lane by reviving the recently-restored Tait electric train.
The trains were part of Melburnians’ daily commutes from 1919 to 1984.
